Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist

**Job Description**:
Responsible for listening to audio recordings from healthcare professionals and accurately transcribing them into written medical reports, summaries, and correspondence. Ensures proper formatting, grammar, and use of medical terminology while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe medical dictations into accurate text documents.

Edit and proofread transcripts for errors in grammar, terminology, and accuracy.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Ensure timely delivery of completed transcripts.

Qualifications:
Certification or diploma in Medical Transcription preferred.

Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,908.26 - ₹25,060.99 per month
