**Job Overview**:
Atco Interiors is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business relationships and maintaining existing accounts. You will represent our wide range of interior solutions to potential and existing clients in the field, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct on-site meetings with potential clients to promote Atco Interiors' products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the interiors or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
