**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Comprehensive Technology Vision & Strategy**:

- Develop and articulate a clear and compelling technology vision and strategy that encompasses all of Absolute App Labs' service offerings: mobile app development, web development, e-commerce solutions, custom software development, and WordPress development.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends across all areas, recommending innovative ways to enhance our service offerings and provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines key initiatives and timelines across all technology domains.
- **Technology Leadership & Management (Cross-Functional Teams)**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of developers, architects, designers, and other technology professionals specializing in mobile, web, e-commerce, custom software, and WordPress development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across all technology teams.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members in all technology areas.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top technology talent across a range of skill sets.
- Manage the technology budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation across all service offerings.
- **Platform & Infrastructure (Full-Stack Focus)**:

- Ensure the seamless integration of various technologies and platforms to deliver end-to-end solutions to our clients.
- Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment across all technology domains.
- Champion code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability across all projects.
- **Security & Compliance (Holistic Approach)**:

- **Innovation & Emerging Technologies (Broad Perspective)**:

- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies across all areas of software development, including mobile, web, e-commerce, and custom solutions.
- Lead research and development efforts to experiment with new technologies and create innovative solutions for our clients across all service offerings.
- Implement pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of emerging technologies to clients in various contexts.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client services teams to understand client needs and develop tailored technology solutions across all service offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients about technical requirements, project timelines, and potential challenges across a range of technology areas.
- Present technology plans and updates to the executive team, providing insights into all aspects of our technology portfolio.
- **Vendor Management (Comprehensive)**:

- Evaluate and select third-party tools, libraries, platforms, and hosting providers across all technology domains.
- Manage relationships with various technology vendors, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, _with experience across multiple areas of software development, including mobile, web, e-commerce, and custom solutions._
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, _cross-functional technology teams_.
- Deep understanding of software architectures, technologies, and best practices across a range of platforms.
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android).
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Experience with custom software development using various programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with WordPress development and theme customization.
- Strong knowledge of data security principles and compliance requirements across all platforms.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
