**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive **literature reviews** and identify emerging or high-impact research problems.
- Design and structure **research methodologies** aligned with academic and journal standards.
- **Write, review, and prepare** research papers for submission and publication.
- Ensure **successful publication** of research in reputed journals and conferences (IEEE, Scopus, Springer, Elsevier, etc.).
- **Maintain and regularly update your Google Scholar profile** with newly published papers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research direction with organizational objectives.
- Track submission progress, maintain project documentation, and ensure version control.
- Uphold the **highest standards of academic ethics and integrity** in all publications.

**Requirements**:

- M.Tech or Ph.D. in **Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science**, or a related technical field.
- **Must have published at least 1-2 research papers** in reputable journals or conferences.
- **A valid and active Google Scholar profile** displaying published research work.
- Proficiency in **academic writing tools** like LaTeX, MS Word, and referencing managers (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote).
- Strong **analytical, writing, and research** skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to **work independently** while meeting deadlines and publication requirements.
