**Job Description of Fashion Intern**

**Position Overview**: As a fashion intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the fashion industry. This internship will provide you with a valuable learning experience, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with professionals in the field and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a fashion company or organization.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Assist the design team in researching fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles relevant to formal wear.
- Support the product development process by creating mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with the design team in developing and refining design concepts for formal wear collections.
- Assist in sourcing and selecting materials and trims for sampling and production.
- Help with creating and updating tech packs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment fit, construction, and design details.
- Aid in organizing and maintaining the sample room, including inventory management and organization of fabric and trim swatches.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing for photoshoots, including organizing garments and accessories, and assisting on set.
- Take part in various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in fashion, design, merchandising, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in current industry trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

Internships can be convert into permanent position, depending upon the performance and capability of the intern.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
