**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Generate business inquiries from shared leads provided by the company, as well generate by himself.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Keeping the customer database maintained & updated & taking & processing orders accurately
- Leverage Sales Navigator & other relevant tools to identify & connect with potential prospects.
- Track & Analyse key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to lead generation & sales activities.
- Maintain & Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to progress them through the sales funnel.
- Address customer inquiries & concerns in a timely & professional Manner.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, opportunities & Sales activities.
- Provide regular reports & updates on lead generation activities & sales performance to the management team.
- Must be experienced in E-Commerce platform like amazon, myntra etc.
- Must be able to coordinate with the Sales team for any CRM related issues and must track their daily

**Skills Required**:

- **Proven working experience in “Ecommerce Platform / Retail / Modern Trade etc.” or a relevant role.**
- **Must be very good Proficiency in Computer skills
- MS Excel, PPT etc.**
- **Very good communication skills**
- **Proficiency in English & Presentable.**
- **Market knowledge.**
- **Communication and negotiation skills.**
- **Time management and planning skills.**
- **Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.**
- **Must be Graduate /Post Graduate (Administration or related).**
