Job Role:
1.General Accounting.
2.Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
3.Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
4.Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
5.Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing.
6.Daily Stock maintains.
7.Handling petty Cash Records.
8.Good Knowledge of TDS
9.Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.
10.Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly.
11.Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
12.Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
13.Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts,
Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance.
14.Prepare documents as per the requirements of banks.
15.Follow and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial
statements.
16.Experience in Tally and sound knowledge of Excel is must.
17.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
