**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Factory & Production Management**: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, manage production timelines, ensure quality control, and coordinate with carpenters and technicians.
- **Site Supervision**: Visit and monitor project sites to ensure work is progressing as planned and according to quality standards.
- **Client Handling**: Act as the point of contact for clients during project execution; provide regular updates and resolve queries.
- **Hardware Procurement**: Identify, source, and procure hardware and raw materials as per project needs and budgets.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with in-house designers, carpenters, vendors, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
- **Timeline & Budget Tracking**: Maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
- **Vendor & Contractor Management**: Liaise with external vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in project management within the furniture/interiors industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry work, materials, production processes, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi (preferred).
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to sites within Bangalore as required.

Pay: ₹11,194.39 - ₹31,431.10 per month
