**Responsibilities**:
Project coordination: Collaborate with the design team, architects, and clients to understand the project scope, objectives, and design requirements.

Site management: Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design plans, building codes, and quality standards.

Contractor and vendor management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Manage relationships and address any issues that arise during the project.

Quality control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the construction work and installations align with the design specifications and quality standards set by MSSV Architects.

Schedule and budget management: Develop project schedules, track progress, and manage resources to ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and specified timelines.

Team leadership: Provide guidance and direction to construction workers and subcontractors on-site. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project objectives.

Client communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Health and safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and visitors.

**Skills**:Construction knowledge: Familiarity with interior construction techniques, materials, and processes. Understanding of architectural drawings and design concepts.

Project management: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Leadership and communication: Excellent leadership skills to coordinate and manage a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Attention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring that construction work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.

Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly. Effective decision-making skills to address challenges and maintain project progress.

Time management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.

Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ability to handle conflicts and negotiate effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
