**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all blasting and painting operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.
- Lead and manage a team of blasters and painters, providing clear direction and support for daily tasks.
- Monitor blasting and painting activities to ensure surface preparation and coating are performed as per the required quality.
- Oversee the work area setup, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Conduct inspections to ensure blasting and painting meet project specifications.
- Monitor and report daily progress, including preparation, priming, coating, and final inspection stages.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols.
- Maintain minimum rework rates and monitor job performance metrics (80-100 square meters per nozzle for blasting, 450-550 square meters per painter for painting).
- Coordinate with clients and inspectors for job approvals and inspections.
- Maintain records of site conditions, temperature, and humidity for quality control.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in abrasive blasting and industrial painting in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques, coating systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of industrial corrosion protection processes.
- Experience working with large-scale industrial projects.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,836.85 per month
