**About Us**:
We are a leading company specializing in industrial corrosion treatment, scaffolding, and machinery rental. Our team works on high-performance projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. We are looking for a dedicated Safety Supervisor to oversee and maintain safety standards at our abrasive blasting and painting sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on abrasive blasting and painting sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure all workers are wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead daily safety toolbox meetings to communicate potential hazards and safety measures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and corrective actions.
- Train workers on safety regulations, proper equipment usage, and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
- Maintain all safety records, including permits, safety drills, and hazard assessments.
- Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to address any safety concerns or risks.
- Monitor environmental conditions like air quality and ensure proper ventilation during abrasive blasting and painting operations.
- Collaborate with the site team to minimize risks, particularly regarding hazardous materials and confined spaces.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in abrasive blasting and painting environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple safety protocols and supervise large teams on-site.
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce safety standards consistently.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent understanding of blasting and painting safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Leadership and training skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
