**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle data enrichment tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Upload and manage data on CRM systems efficiently.
- Generate reports for calling campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations.
- Excel in Excel Utilize advanced functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of AI integration in Excel and PowerPoint for enhanced data processing and presentation.
- Daily provision of reports summarizing key metrics and insights.
- Proficient in Visual Basics for Applications (VBA) for automation and customization within Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to MIS tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar MIS role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data visualization and report generation.
- Knowledge of Visual Basics for Applications (VBA) for automation within Excel.
- Familiarity with AI integration in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
