Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Micro PCB Work: Perform precise micro PCB-level repairs, including component replacements and rework.

2.Soldering: Conduct high-quality soldering for mobile circuit boards and components as required.

3.Software Troubleshooting: Handle minor mobile software issues, including system resets, software upgrades, and diagnosing software malfunctions.

4.Device Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose technical issues in mobile phones and other related gadgets, ensuring repairs are completed effectively.

6.Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet company standards, providing a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.

7.Customer Service: Communicate with customers to understand repair requirements and provide updates on repair progress.

Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in micro PCB work and soldering.
2. Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software troubleshooting.
3. Strong understanding of the basics of physics and electronics related to mobile technology.
4. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
