This role is crucial for businesses as it directly impacts sales, customer acquisition, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
The main duties of an outbound telecaller include:
- **Making outbound calls**: Proactively reaching out to a list of potential or existing customers to introduce products or services.
- **Following sales scripts**: Adhering to prepared scripts to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
- **Lead generation and sales**: Identifying potential sales opportunities, persuading customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
- **Maintaining customer records**: Accurately documenting all call details, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other database.
- **Meeting targets**: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation.
- **Handling objections**: Addressing customer concerns and providing solutions in a professional and persuasive manner.
- **Providing customer support**: Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- **Following up**: Scheduling and making follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest or require additional information.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
