**Job Description Back Office Executive**

Age: 22 - 32 Yrs

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Location: Western Line preferred

**Role definition**: As a Back Office Exec your key responsibility shall be to perform various back-office tasks that will help to improve and maximize efficiency of the Sales Functions.

Performing basic Admin duties required for day to day operations.

**Skills**:

MS-Office (Word & Excel)

Analysing Skill

**Experience / Segments**:2 to 5 years of experience / Even Fresher’s are Welcome.

**Responsibility & Deliverables**:

- Preparing/extracting of data for various Sales reports.
- Admin co-ordination
- Assist in day to day operations work
- Maintaining and filing of all documentation.
- Co-ordination within Team and Branches.
- Prepare Sales Order

**Work Timing**: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm (Monday-Saturday)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
