**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:

- Research and develop compelling script ideas for videos focused on Personal Development, Wealth, Success, Productivity, and Money Making Online.
- Write scripts for videos ranging from 5 to 10 minutes in duration, ensuring a perfect blend of Hindi and English to connect with our diverse audience.
- Research and Conceptualization:

- Conduct thorough research on the internet and in books to stay updated on relevant trends and emerging concepts within the specified topics.
- Transform research findings into captivating and informative video scripts that align with our audience's interests and needs.
- Adaptation and Innovation:

- Convert stories and concepts from books into a Hinglish language format, maintaining the essence of the content while making it accessible and engaging for our viewers.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the content team, video editors, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of scripts into video content.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and continuously strive for improvement in content quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiastic about personal development, success, and related topics.
- Excellent command of both Hindi and English languages, with the ability to seamlessly mix them in written content.
- Strong research skills, with an aptitude for extracting valuable insights from internet sources and books.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing script ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
- A portfolio or writing samples showcasing your ability to create engaging and relevant content.
