Scared Studio is a growing YouTube channel dedicated to bringing the fascinating world of Hindu mythology and ancient legends to life. We create engaging, thought-provoking videos that reveal lesser-known stories, decode symbolism, and spark curiosity about India’s spiritual heritage.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop accurate, captivating scripts based on Hindu mythology, epics, folklore, and related traditions.
- Write scripts in natural, conversational Hindi that is easy to follow while maintaining respect for cultural and religious sentiments.
- Craft attention-grabbing hooks and story arcs designed to improve audience retention and watch time.
- Collaborate closely with the producer and voiceover team to align on tone, pacing, and visuals.
- Incorporate cliffhangers, calls-to-action, and engaging storytelling techniques suited for YouTube.
- Stay up to date with trends in mythology-related content and identify unique angles or lesser-known stories.
- Revise scripts based on feedback and ensure deadlines are met consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Deep interest in or knowledge of Hindu mythology and Indian culture.
- Proven experience writing YouTube scripts or storytelling content (samples required).
- Strong research skills to ensure factual accuracy.
- Excellent storytelling ability and fluency in Hindi (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with YouTube audience engagement strategies and SEO-friendly writing.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt tone as per brand voice.
- Should have knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm.
- Should have good knowledge of epics like Mahabharat and Ramayan.

Preferred Qualification:

- Understanding of YouTube analytics or tools like TubeBuddy/vidIQ.
- Basic awareness of video production processes.

Compensation:
Based on per-script or monthly agreement.
