**Job Description: Jr. Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including patient education workshops, awareness campaigns, and outreach programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of events.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify potential partners for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Identify partnership opportunities to promote Afora within target communities.
- Collaborate with external organizations to expand our reach and impact.
- **Patient Education Events**:

- Organize and host events to educate patients on the importance of foot health and diabetic foot care.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and experts for insightful presentations.
- **Collateral Preparation**:

- Create marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content to promote events and engage the audience.
- Collaborate with the content creation team for the development of promotional materials.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, outreach efforts, and event attendance.
- Utilize data for post-event analysis and future planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably a graduate from a Marketing, Business, or related degree program.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and an ability to think outside the box in marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Openness to learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
