**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 INR per month
**Work Hours**: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

We are looking for a creative and experienced **Content Writer/Content Strategist** to craft and optimize compelling content that drives engagement and aligns with brand identity. You’ll play a key role in developing strategies for video content, blog posts, and digital campaigns while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Research and identify trending topics, relevant keywords, and audience interests to inform content strategies.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various formats, including scripts for videos, blogs, and social media posts.
- Develop content strategies to enhance brand identity and audience connection.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to align written content with visual elements and messaging.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to maximize reach and visibility.
- Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to refine content and improve engagement.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, generating innovative ideas for campaigns and storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content writing, strategy development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and digital content creation.
- Experience with keyword research, SEO practices, and content optimization techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate original ideas.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for content marketing and a desire to create impactful, audience-driven content.
