We are **hiring** for **TELE-MARKETER** for our client company which is a leading player in the field of Rubber and Sports Flooring dealing in Wooden Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, Mineral Fibre Ceilings, Gypsum Ceiling Tiles, Modular False Ceilings, and Artificial Grass based in Pimple Saudagar, **Pune**.

A Tele-Marketer is responsible for contacting potential customers through the phone and promoting their company’s products and services. The Tele-Marketer will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase the company’s products or services.

**Location**: Pimple Saudagar, **Pune**.

**Work experience**:1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how the company’s services can meet those needs
- Generate sales leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Utilize of software like CRM software to track customer interactions and generate reports
- Maintain customer records in the software like CRM
- To better grasp the needs of the client, pose important questions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Tele-Marketer
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Working days**:Monday/Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

**Weekly off**: Monday/Thursday
