5. Customer engagement: Handle customer inquiries, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner to build rapport and trust.

6. Sales conversion: Utilize effective selling techniques to convert interested prospects into paying customers by overcoming objections and negotiating deals.

7. Maintain customer database: Enter and update customer information, call logs, and sales activities in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

8. Follow-up calls: Make follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown initial interest but have not made a purchase, aiming to secure a sale or address any hesitations they may have.

9. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets set by the company, department, or individual.

10. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, call outcomes, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to supervisors or team leaders.

11. Product knowledge: Continuously update knowledge about the product or service being offered, including its features, pricing, and any promotional offers.

12. Adhere to regulations: Comply with telemarketing regulations and guidelines, such as obtaining consent for telemarketing calls, respecting do-not-call lists, and following applicable laws and industry standards.
