**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure product labels comply with country-specific regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, EU, FSSAI, etc.).
- Stay updated on global labeling laws and regulatory changes.
- Assist in obtaining label approvals from regulatory authorities as needed.
- **Label Review & Development**:

- Review product labels, packaging, and artwork for accuracy and compliance.
- Verify ingredient lists, nutrition facts, allergen declarations, and claims (e.g., organic, non-GMO, gluten-free).
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and legal teams to ensure correct label information.
- **Documentation & Audits**:

- Maintain records of label compliance approvals and regulatory submissions.
- Support internal and external audits related to labeling compliance.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm label accuracy.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**:

- Provide guidance to design teams on label formatting and mandatory disclosures.
- Educate internal teams on labeling best practices and regulatory updates.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in label compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Experience with **FDA, USDA, CFIA, EU, FSSAI, or other regulatory bodies**.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
