**Job Description: Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive**

**Position**: Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive

**Application Process**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, and text) tailored to each platform.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Manage and optimize online advertising across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop strategies for increasing website traffic and improving online lead generation.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional material.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and the company’s tone of voice.
- Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers for creating product-focused visuals.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor key metrics for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, including ROI analysis and insights for future improvements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track KPIs and measure campaign success.
- **Brand Promotion & Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and bloggers within the furniture and interior design space.
- Engage with online communities to promote the brand and manage the company’s online reputation.
- Organize digital events such as live Q&As, product launches, and virtual tours.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
