Inaya Couture is looking for a friendly and professional **Cashier** to join our team. If you have good communication skills, a presentable appearance, and well computer knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries.
- Provide assistance with purchases or locating products when required.
- **Transaction Handling**:

- Scan items and ensure the correct pricing.
- Accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as necessary.
- **Cash Management**:

- Count cash in the register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced and report any discrepancies.
- Handle large sums of cash responsibly.
- **Maintain Workstation**:

- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Ensure supplies like bags, receipts, and pens are readily available.
- **Z-Order Report**:

- Generate **Z-Reports** at the end of the day or shift.
- A Z-Report is the final, cumulative record of all transactions made during a specific period.
- Reset the cash register for the next shift after generating the report.
- Total sales.
- Payment breakdown (cash, card, etc.).
- Discounts or refunds applied.
- Taxes collected.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Follow company policies on handling returns, discounts, and voided transactions.
- Be vigilant about counterfeit bills or fraudulent payment methods.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other team members for smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
