Role
- Communication trainer
- 5+ years working in Teaching or corporate communications or similar field
- Design and develop a communication framework fit for transformation and digitalization projects of different scale, incl. templates, how-to-do guides and FAQ
- Train the transformation change management team to empower them to manage their own areas with self-service communications, ie. define and prepare key themes, messages and content in order to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of programmes and initiatives for finance
- Train the transformation change management team how to measure the effectiveness of internal and external communications activities, using insights and best practice to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the transformation change management team to design and deliver effective internal communications to influence, educate and inform employees in finance
- Lead the way in digital communications and compelling story-telling
