**As a Recruiter you will responsible for following duties**:

- _Leverage various job portals e.g. Dice, Monster, Career Builder Indeed etc._

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- _Good command in verbal and written communication skills._
- _Excellent Negotiation skills._
- _Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants._
- _Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills._
- _Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment._
- _Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)_

**Education**:

- _Bachelors in Technical Background._
