**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, install, and repair wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and specifications
- Perform wiring harness testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and quality
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve harness design and assembly processes
- Identify and rectify wiring faults or defects in the harnesses
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, specifically with wiring harness assembly and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and connectors
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in wiring harness assembly
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
