**Job Title**: Account Executive (6 Months Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or account management. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in lead generation.
- Assist in developing proposals and presentations for clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide regular updates on account status and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 6 months of experience in account management, sales, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
