**Job Summary**:
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organization. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and your friendly and professional demeanor will leave a lasting impression. Your role will involve various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and the overall office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**:Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, clients, and employees who enter the premises.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

**Answering and Directing Calls**:Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

**Managing the Reception Area**:Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Ensure the availability of reading materials and necessary amenities for visitors.

**Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule appointments for clients or employees as requested.
Maintain and update appointment calendars.

**Handling Mail and Deliveries**:Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate courier services when necessary.

**Administrative Support**:Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.

**Security and Access Control**:Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security of the building.
Issue visitor badges as required.

**Communication Coordination**:Relay messages and important information to the relevant parties.
Coordinate communication between departments.

**Problem Resolution**:Address visitor inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Notify appropriate personnel of any emergencies or security issues.

**Maintaining Records**:Maintain visitor logs, sign-in sheets, and other relevant records.
Ensure confidentiality and data security in record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in automobile and CRM sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones and computers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Customer-focused attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
