**1.**NCC Care Taking Officer.**

**(a) Key Responsibilities.**
- Oversee the functioning and administration of the school’s NCC unit.
- Ensure compliance with all directives and regulations set by the NCC Directorate.
- Conduct regular NCC parades, drills, and training sessions as per NCC curriculum and schedules.
- Motivate and mentor students to participate actively in NCC activities.
- Foster discipline, patriotism, and civic responsibility among cadets.
- Identify and nurture leadership qualities in cadets, preparing them for higher NCC ranks and roles.
- Organize NCC participation in school and national events such as Independence Day, Republic Day, and Annual Day.
- Liaise with external NCC units for inter-school and regional activities.
- Maintain effective communication with the NCC Battalion Commanding Officer and other relevant officials.
- Submit regular reports and documentation related to NCC activities, attendance, and achievements.
- Attend NCC Camps along-with NCC cadets from time to time.
- Attend training & appear for examination to become an Associate NCC Officer.

**(b)Qualifications & Skills.**
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Preferably an Ex-Serviceman less than 45 years of age.
- NCC certification (preferably 'B' or 'C' certificate) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in NCC or related roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Passion for youth development and nation-building.

**(c) Additional Requirements**:

- Commitment to the school’s mission and vision of holistic education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the overall growth of the school.
