**End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the full hiring cycle for formulation units including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
- **Specialized Hiring**: Recruit for QA, QC, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and other formulation-related roles.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Work closely with plant HR, department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- **Database Management**: Maintain recruitment trackers, vendor lists and talent pipelines for critical positions.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure proper background checks, documentation and adherence to company HR policies.
- **MIS & Reporting**: Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and update recruitment dashboards.
- **Travel for Hiring**: Visit plants, job fairs and local manpower markets when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of **pharma formulation processes** (OSD / injectable / sterile / non-sterile).
- Hands-on experience in **blue-collar & staff-level hiring** for manufacturing plants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, job portals and recruitment tools.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
