**Job Description: Talent Acquisition Intern**

**Location**: Remote (with potential on-site requirement in Chandigarh, India)

We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers immense learning opportunities, practical exposure to talent acquisition, and the potential for career growth in HR.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for review.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring processes.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
- Contribute new ideas and support process improvements in talent acquisition.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment practices.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of ATS tools and prior HR experience (preferred but not mandatory).

**Additional Information**
- Remote position with occasional office requirements starting July (Chandigarh-based applicants preferred).
