We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team at Jay Ambay Saw Mill. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium plywood and sunmica products to a diverse clientele, including retail customers and wholesale clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations based on their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Prefer experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of plywood and sunmica products is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
