**Job Summary**: The Laser Cutting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to cut, shape, and fabricate metal and other materials as per production requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to production schedules and job orders.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper cutting speeds, pressure, and laser intensity.
- Load and unload materials onto the machine bed and secure them properly.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality.
- Report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting machines.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
- Complete production logs and quality control reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of any machine malfunctions or repairs.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
- Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
