Set up and operate granulation equipment such as high-shear mixers, fluid bed granulators, or extruders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor equipment operation and adjust parameters as needed to ensure consistent and quality granule production.
- Weigh and dispense raw materials (active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, binders, etc.) according to batch records and formulations.
- Ensure accuracy in measuring and handling materials to maintain batch integrity and quality.
- Execute granulation processes including dry mixing, wet granulation, or melt granulation based on batch requirements and formulations.
- Monitor granulation parameters such as temperature, moisture content, and mixing times to achieve desired granule properties.
- Perform in-process checks and sampling to ensure granule characteristics meet specifications (e.g., particle size, density, flowability).
- Follow SOPs for cleaning and sanitizing equipment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product quality and compliance with GMP.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and documentation of process parameters and observations.
- Complete batch records, equipment logbooks, and other documentation in a timely manner to support traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations that may affect granulation efficiency or product quality.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and collaborate with maintenance personnel for repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Follow GMP guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all operations.

Pay: ₹10,542.05 - ₹25,000.00 per month
