The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to promote our brand. This role involves crafting compelling campaigns, maintaining influencer relationships, and analyzing metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers in our industry.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements.
- Coordinate with influencers to create authentic content aligning with the brand.
- Monitor and measure campaign performance metrics and deliver ROI related reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify influencer content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
