**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.
- Verifying the quality of calls done by customer care department.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about product or services provided by company.
- Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotation basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunication technologies.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advice them about the services or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
- Posing questions to comprehend client necessities.
- Acquiring and updating an individual contact details.
- calling active or old customers for updates.
- To explain the benefits of the product or service to potential clients.
- To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the product or service.

**Qualifications and preferable skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as Telesales representative or customer service role will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of English language, proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to switch communication style.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Telephone skills, data entering skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
