**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving errors, and throughout their work they must constantly log details for later reports and to provide stakeholders with updates.

2) Well-equipped in learning new tools leveraged in organization to support Business

3) Total 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and well versed in Technical Support Management.

Well versed in using New Relic, Grafana w.r.t Monitoring and Logging issues

1) Problem-solving skills - successful production support engineers

2) Equipped in leveraging Database Management Tools(PL/SQL)

3) Industry-specific tools (such as programming languages)

4) Experience in JIRA to capture, organize and prioritize issues.

5) Assist in support hours of operation and off hour production emergencies.

6) Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures.

7) Study and recommend corrective solutions for enhancing efficiency.

1) Total 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and well versed in Technical Support Management.
