- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
