Tele Caller Executive

**Job description**

**Job Responsibility**
- Advise clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
- Create customized travel plans based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Book and arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities for clients.
- Provide detailed information on visa requirements, local attractions, and travel safety.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues or concerns.
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and additional services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel promotions.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Ensure the smooth execution of client travel by coordinating all aspects of the trip.
- Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and future booking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years in sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet targets and upsell travel products.
- Proficient in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
