2. Facilitate the development of new channel relationships for higher market penetration.
3 Ensure timely API Integrations along with Product team to ease out Digital Journeys.
4 Facilitate the development of a robust business plan so as to improve the End to End TAT.
5 Ensure high quality Customer Service and good portfolio quality
6 Execute all the sales planning and oversee target allocation for Pan India locations.
7 Optimize team productivity by effectively usage of Digital Journeys.
8 Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
9. Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
10. Maintain discipline and adherence to processes as per company’s policies, procedures and prepare reports as per company designed system.
11. Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
