Copywriting: Crafting compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
Design: Create graphic designs using design tools like Canva to create visually appealing and shareable content, including images, infographics, and videos.

**Strategy Development**:
Content Strategy: Planning and developing a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals.
Campaign Planning: Creating and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Audience Engagement: Monitoring trends, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience to build a community around the brand.

**Scheduling and Publishing**:
Scheduling Tools: Utilizing social media scheduling tools to plan and automate the posting of content across different platforms.
Timing Optimization: Identifying optimal posting times based on the target audience's behavior and platform algorithms.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as likes, shares, comments, click-through rates, and conversions.
Data Analysis: Analyzing social media metrics to gain insights into the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
Reporting: Creating regular reports to showcase social media performance and suggesting improvements.

**Skill Sets Required**:
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
