The Executive of East Zone is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and strategic initiatives within the designated eastern region. This role involves managing regional teams, driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Lead, mentor, and develop regional teams to ensure high performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute regional business plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze regional performance data to inform decision-making.
- Implement initiatives to drive regional growth and profitability.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager and senior management.
- Ensure effective communication within the regional team and with other departments.
