- Accounting Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle and reconcile petty cash transactions, maintaining accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, track inventory & Office Assets levels, and place orders as needed.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
**Additional Duties**:

- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Provide general administrative & accounting support to team members
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
