**About the Job**
- We are currently seeking for _**_Graduate Trainee, _**_reporting directly to _**_Deputy _**_Legal Counsel _**_to join our GBS Legal Team based in Noida.- Support GBS Legal Team in creation of NDAs and sending them to third parties for signatures.
- Follow-up with the respective stakeholders to get the final executed copy (with the client signature).
- Track digitized NDAs over electronic signature platforms (such as Adobe Sign, Docusign) and archive final executed contractual documents in the repository.
- Ensure clear and timely responses are provided to any queries/requests on NDAs.
- Follow up on the open NDA requests from the requestors/third parties.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
