We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Coordinator with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing essential administrative and marketing support. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and leverage digital marketing strategies will be critical in helping us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including lead generation, proposal creation, and customer follow-up.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

Digital Marketing:Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve ROI goals.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content to enhance the company's online presence.

Customer Engagement:Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and gather feedback.

Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support their sales objectives.

Reporting and Analysis:Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and their impact on sales.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
