Job Title: Digital Content Creator - Social Media Marketing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create daily content: short reels, videos, graphics, banners, and captions
- Manage posting schedules and platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
- Optimize content for engagement, visibility, and reach
- Stay updated with trending formats and social media algorithms
- Respond to comments/messages and manage engagement
- Coordinate with internal team for content planning and strategy

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation & digital marketing
- Proficient with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools
- Basic video shooting & editing skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Understanding of social media metrics and platform trends

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar fields
- Portfolio of past reels/posts/videos

**Salary**:
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
