Understand how CNC works + basics of wiring + standard I/Os in the machine Understand how to copy data into the machine Understanding the Fanuc ladder for CNC control - basics Making small changes in the machine logic : Adding cylinder sensor confirmation Understanding logic of Gauging station - Siemens S7 1200 Understanding and wiring different parts of CNC electrical panel Continue understanding of Fanuc CNC ladder + training with fanuc engg Make I/O Map for automation system ( Auto loader) Making small changes in the machine logic : Making custom M code Understanding parameters of CNC Fanuc control Make i/O map for automation system 2 ( Uno with smartload) Generate M code for automation system Fine tune acceleration and deceleration of CNC system Selection of PLC to convert Siemens S7 1200 into alternate PLC Start conversion for basic gauging system and creation of I/O Interfacing and configuration of automation system with machine Understanding common problems with PLC logic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
