**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate and monitor PLC-based machines** on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot PLC-related issues and ensure mínimal machine downtime
- Make minor modifications to existing PLC programs as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on automation systems
- Maintain production logs and ensure machine safety standards
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for system improvements

**Requirements**:

- **ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related trade**:

- 1-3 years of experience working with PLC machines will be preferred.
- **Freshers can also apply.**:

- Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot automation equipment
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems
- Understanding of control panels, VFDs, sensors, and actuators

**Benefits**:

- Monthly salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 (depending on experience)
