You´ll be in charge of:

- Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinating the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reporting variances.
- Working with group company and subsidiaries on setting up standards for monthly MIS and business reporting and reviewing and analysing these for performance monitoring and improvement
- Preparing and filing all monthly / quarterly / annual financial and performance reports
- Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reportingResearching technical accounting issues for compliance
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Managing and complying with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
- Financial Planning & Strategic Growth design of the company.
- All direct and indirect tax computations, deductions, filings and reporting
- Coordinating with internal as well as external auditors
- Managing outsourced functions, including liaisoning with tax and compliance consultants
- Highlighting financial risk & opportunity from reporting and proposing solution

More about YOU:

- 5+ years of relevant working experience as a Financial Controller/ Business finance role in a fast-paced and high-growth company
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Finance.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, Indian GAAP, IFRS, and latest accounting and tax provisions, including Transfer Pricing, Related Party transactions, etc.
- Experience with creating financial statements / MIS.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Prior experience in working with both start-ups and established organisation
- Have experience building Finance teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
